Ancient ice cave in Ningwu County
Tourists visiting a purported three million-year-old ice cave in Ningwu County, Shanxi Province, China, snap photos of the protrusions and mounds of ice that have formed in the underground sanctuary. The interior of the cave is lit by colorful LEDs to give the normally bland ice an infusion of color - LEDs are used because they run relatively 'cool' unlike incandescent or even fluorescent lights.
