Adult cat attempts to nurse from sister
Published on May 6, 2012 by BabyGurlsVlogs
My cat Nero trying to nurse his sister who recently had kittens. He can smell her milk, so he is trying to nurse her and she will not let him. I kept hearing them having little tiffs and fights, so I set up my camera to see what they were doing. They are just in the cage temporarily. I did NOT put them inside it, the door is wide open and they can walk out. I don't know why, but they love to sit inside the cage.

These are merely the highlights of a two day feeding binge by Milo. He stole food much more often than was shown here.
**UPDATE 1:**
We have two cats, Milo (tabby) and Max (black). They are one year old brothers from the same litter. Milo is a big fan of the dry food, Max not so much. Despite the fact that their automatic feeder drops food 3 times daily, Milo smashes into it with his front paws 20-30 times each day in order to knock out some extra snacks. Max has never smashed the feeder.
Meow, the 39-pound cat – Part II
Meow's previous owner probably fed him lasagna, steak, catnip cheesecake, and other greasy feline goodies. The original story on Meow may be read here.

When she was a kitten, all seem normal for Meow. Now she's 2 and weighs the cat equivalent of a 600-pound human.

Meow, the 39-pound cat
A two-year-old tabby cat named 'Meow' was recently taken in by the Sante Fe Animal Shelter in New Mexico after his 87-year-old owner could no longer care for him. When Meow was weighed, he tipped the scales at 39.10 pounds which is approximately 27 pounds overweight - the average weight of an adult cat ranges between 7-12 pounds. The shelter gave the cat to a foster family temporarily along with a strict diet regiment with the goal of helping Meow lose 10 pounds so he can be put up for adoption. Shelter spokesman Ben Swan said, "The thing with this cat is when you look at it, certainly it's obese. You see that. But it's a sweet looking cat. His face is very sweet. It's just incredibly fat. He's doing everything a normal cat would do except he loses his breath and tires easily. We're seeing what we can to do help him."
