Blocao Parade in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Brazilians let the dogs out in Rio de Janeiro for the annual precursor to the Carnival parade where pet owners gussy up their pooches in costumes and festive garb. The 'Blocao Parade' took place in the borough of Copacabana where humans and canines marched down Atlantica Avenue to the hoots and cheers of spectators.
